About Eve Reverse​
At Eve Reverse, we are committed to combating climate change through the development of technology that enables truly carbon-negative composite products. Our mission is to embed more CO2 than we emit during manufacturing, with long-term CO2 storage ensured through thoughtful application selection and design. Our team consists of experts in materials, composites, and industrialized production, dedicated to pioneering innovative solutions. One of the products we developed is Eve Tile, which is a material half-product made directly from natural fibres, which can be processed by customers into composite products.

Job Description​
We are seeking a proactive Process and Manufacturing Engineer who takes responsibility to organise manufacturing of the Eve Tiles and to further improve the process. . This role focuses on the manufacturing of the Eve Tile (our discrete UD natural fiber material). Your role will be to improve and mechanise the production process . Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) is part of the job, to help ourselves and customers understand how to become carbon-negative.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with our R&D Engineers who focus on future-oriented industrialization. Together, you will ensure both immediate process improvements and alignment with long-term technological advancements. You will also collaborate with the R&D Engineers on the product and application development, together with customers and partners. The three of you will be the core team, assisted by interns and our senior team which is available for advice.

Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

Solid understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes.

Strong analytical thinking, data literacy, and a proactive mindset to quickly grasp LCA methodologies and sustainability metrics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on teamwork within R&D contexts.

Requirements
-
Technical degree (BSc or MSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferably several years of relevant experience, ideally process optimization or industrialization.

Practical experience with mechanization concepts and hands-on production support is a plus.

Familiarity with composite materials and manufacturing technologies is advantageous, but not a must.

Fluent English (written and spoken). Dutch is an advantage.
