About Eve Reverse​

At Eve Reverse, we are dedicated to fighting climate change by developing technology that

manufactures truly carbon-negative composite products. These products embed more CO2 than they emit during manufacturing, with the goal of storing CO2 for decades. Our team of specialists in materials composites and industrialized production is developing the breakthrough concepts necessary to achieve this dream.

Job Description​

As a Research Engineer at Eve Reverse, you will play an essential role in advancing our technology, with a special focus on industrialisation of our concepts. You will be involved in maturing our technology , while ensuring manufacturability at the desired production volumes. You will work in our team consisting of an experienced R&D engineer, senior composite professionals and enthusiastic students to jointly deliver on the product development and various R&D initiatives. This role requires both theoretical analysis and hands-on practical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept development, hands-on prototyping, testing of materials, and evaluating technology

  • solutions.

  • Conduct Global Warming Potential (GWP) analysis by running Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs).

  • Support the senior team in composite process development, both in theory and practice.

  • Oversee and guide interns and students working on various projects.

  • Collaborate with external partners (companies, institutions, and educational bodies) and act as the daily point of contact for ongoing technology development.

Requirements
  • A technical degree (BSc or MSc) in a relevant field.

  • Recent graduate or up to two years of experience, with exposure to technology development.

  • Hands-on experience with composites, prototyping and manufacturing technology is a plus.

  • Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide junior team members.

  • Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to high-impact projects.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
