NXTGEN hightech - Digital micro-factory for lightweight e-mobility
This project focuses on developing a digital production platform for the flexible production and recycling of lightweight thermoplastic composites, aimed at e-mobility and automotive applications. It seeks a radical reduction in costs and faster time-to-market through automated, adaptive production systems that can respond to rapid market changes and smaller batch sizes. The emphasis is on improving sustainability by increasing the use of recyclable materials and reducing production waste. This includes the development of adaptive machines, digital production lines, and recycling technologies, supported by three pilot production lines that encompass both the production and recycling of thermoplastic composites.
Hemp2Comp
Eve Reverse contributes to the Hemp2Comp project by advancing local value chains for hemp-based bio-composites. This EU initiative explores hemp fibers, bio-resins, design, and end-of-life solutions. Our role focuses on quantifying environmental impact through Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), optimizing processes to reduce CO2 emissions.

Carbon Negative Bamboo Fiber Composite Project
In collaboration with Bambooder and Qconcepts, Eve Reverse is working on developing carbon-negative bamboo fiber composites. The project focuses on optimizing the entire production process, from bamboo fiber extraction to final composite manufacturing. As part of this effort, various bio-based resins are evaluated and tested to achieve a fully carbon-negative composite. This partnership aims to advance sustainable materials and reduce the environmental impact of composite products.
